Lemonade Diet

Lemonade diet basically it is a 10-day fast diet plan where you drink only a special “lemonade” drink recipe. It is a method that is best known for cleaning out your intestinal and colon walls. It is not proposed as a weight-loss diet but it is useful in helping you balance your body and enhance the metabolic process , which most of the time results in weight loss.

Is the Lemonade Diet helping diet?

This diet is more a 'cleansing diet' but it has the additional benefit of being the best impossible 'reducing diet'

Will I feel hungry?

Lemonade diet is a complete balance of vitamins and minerals, therefore you will not have to tolerate from hunger pangs.

What if I feel hungry?

Lemonade is a real 'appetite suppressant', but whenever you feel hungry, take a sip of the lemonade.

Lemonade Diet Recipe

For at least 10 days, drink around 10 servings/day of the following:

  • 2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice NOT BOTTLED JUICE!! (approx. 1/2 lemon),
  • 2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup,
  • 1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper (hot red pepper), and
  • 1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) purified or spring water, NOT fluoridated water.

This is the equivalent of taking an empty gallon water jug and filling it with:

  • the juice of 5 lemons
  • 1 1/4 cup of organic Grade B maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 10 cups of water

Shake it all up and you got your days' serving!
